There is no reason to actually enter this cave, apart from loot and a way to the sewers.
On the first level, the ladders 1, 2 and 3 lead to different parts of level two. 3leads to loot, while 1 leads to the ladder 4 that leads to level three. On level three, find the ladder in the north-west to enter the sewers.
