The Magic Fans were, as told by Utomo of Yew in Ultima VI, made by the lady of Utomo's island. Their power lies in their ability to duplicate the effects of the Wind Change spell, but with infinite charges, making them very useful when flying the Balloon.Utomo once owned the pair of fans, but one of them was stolen by the pirates under Captain Hawkins.
