Storm Cloak ( 18 min )- Use: Prevent all magic within the radius of the wearer, whether friend or foe, from being cast.
Staves - Use: Holds charges of spells to be cast readily. Cast the 7th level Enchant spell upon the stave to allow 5 charges of spells to be held within it. Then, cast the desired spell upon the enchanted stave. Each stave can only hold one type of spell.
