Snake Charmer lived in the Realm of the Gargoyles. The Avatar found Snake Charmer to be an old and wizened Gargoyle responsible for assisting young Gargoyle fighters in fighting silver serpents and extracting their venom. Snake Charmer warned that by blowing the Silver Horn, the Avatar could summon a swarm of silver serpents that would immediately attack. He further told the Avatar that the silver serpent venom would temporarily make a Gargoyle nearly invincible, but the price paid by the warriors was a rapid death as the venom wore off.
